The body of a child doesn't respond to physical training like an adult...but there are still many benefits that you get from exercise like stronger bones, a better mood and learning to use proper form. Tabata training is the newest craze in fitness. This routine takes only four minutes to complete. For 20 seconds you work at 100%, followed by a 10 second break. Then you move on to the next exercise. You will do a series of four exercises two times. Then you are warmed up and ready to take on the day.
